Very nice location easy access to main street we were able to walk to the restaurant and shops. Staff was very nice and courteous if we stay again there may ask for a suite little bigger room, location was great

This hotel was very nice. It's not fancy, but it was very comfortable and completely adequate for our needs. The weather was a bit windy & we had an issue with the Cable service for a few hours but we got it back on later in the day and it was fine thereafter. We reserved what we thought was just a room with a king sized bed but when we arrived we were actually given a suite which was really nice. It was nice to have a place to relax in the living area. The suite had a full kitchen which we did not use, but would be great if staying for a longer period of time. We had no complaints with the room and fully enjoyed our stay!

The property is historic in its age, but it has been renovated remarkably well and is very well maintained. The rooms have all the expected amenities, and the cabins have individual covered parking. The property is perfectly located in the community with excellent access to many outstanding restaurants and shopping stores. The staff were very cordial and courteous. The value of this stay was exceptional for the price. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I am very likely to stay there again. Also, the photos on their website are accurate and current representations of the property.

The place was very clean. We were upgraded to a suite which was a self contained unit. The beds were comfortable and the separate sitting area was nice. A full sized fridge plus coffee and a food prep area in the suite was useful. Outdoor seating on a patio was great for chilling around sundown. The walk into town was maybe 10 minutes max. The check in lady was very friendly and helpful.

The location was great! We could leave our car and walk to town. There is also a restaurant nearby and a wine and cigar bar with live music. The motel was so cute, quiet and clean. My Mom and I felt very safe in this location. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very friendly (as was the cat)!

I really liked the location, we had covered parking, a/c worked great. Room was a nice size, had everything you needed, including coffee pot with real coffee mugs. Room looked remodeled and updated. Had a Ice was convenient, Office staff was very nice accommodating. They had breakfast items such as coffee cake/danish type items.

We absolutely loved the Peach Tree Inn. We're a family of 5 - kids 14, 12 & 10, from Australia, roadtripping across the States for 7 weeks. This has been one of our favourite stops so far. We loved the original buildings & character of them as well as the setting. The room itself wasn't anything fancy but it was clean & the beds were comfy. The kids loved the pool & the extra touches like wine in the room, cookies in the afternoon. The continental breakfast was fresh & sitting out under the trees to eat it was a great start to the day. The location was amazing- an easy walk to the main street which we spent hours wandering down. It was also a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The staff were welcoming & friendly.

The suite was a nice surprise. We had a small apartment like room. Old wooden floors, full refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, bowls, silverware, etc. We also enjoyed having a backyard that had a creek. We sat outside and had a beer after shopping on Main St, and overall just relaxed. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to Fredricksburg.
